Book Reviews

Sometimes it's tough to find good books to support our children's curiosity. Fortunately, lots of writers are passionate about science and nature - and their books bring those subjects to life for young children.

I review children's books on nature and science- technology- engineering- math every other month in Ithaca Child (in the "Alexander's Library" column). I also review books on this blog once a month, as part of STEM Friday. I try to focus on new titles, but occasionally I find a treasure in the library stacks. I include interviews with authors and illustrators as well. Here's a list of books reviewed on this blog (with links to reviews) ~ You'll find more book reviews over at Sally's Bookshelf.
